- Support Investment Counsellors in analyzing and preparing client portfolios and custom research reports
- Liaise with the investment management team to provide current, pertinent information on portfolio holdings
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs and DDQs from consultants and institutional prospective clients
- Ensure consultant data is provided regularly
- Assist in customizing presentations for institutional prospects
- Develop performance attribution commentary and analysis for investment strategies sent to clients and prospects
- Support original capital markets content creation to enhance client communications
- Update institutional prospect and client collateral
- Create and maintain competitor intelligence profiles and landscapes
- Work independently and within the team on ongoing strategic initiatives
- Support existing client relationships and business development efforts
- Collaborate with all departments to contribute to the firm's growth and client service objectives

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance or a related field
- Between 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- An interest in pursuing the CFA or CIM designation is preferred
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with eVestment or Bloomberg would be an asset
- Knowledge of the institutional investment industry would be an asset
- Professional presence with solid interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a high energy level
- Dedicated, well-organized and resourceful with a high level of attention to detail

- Demonstrates initiative and thrives in environments that require flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to draft documentation in French and English
- Ability to liaise with employees based in various Canadian offices
