Our facility seeks a Skilled Welder who holds a Red Seal certification and has at least five years of practical experience. Candidates should be capable of interpreting blueprints and employing diverse welding methods such as flux-cored and gas metal arc welding. You will be integral to performing repairs and operating metal shaping tools to meet precise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and analyze welding blueprints effectively
• Operate various welding and flame-cutting equipment
• Weld additional layers on worn metal components
• Shape metal using brakes and shears
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
• Alberta Journeyperson Welder/Red Seal certification required
• Minimum of 5 years experience in welding
• Successful completion of a technical training program
