You will administer Windows Server environments, support Microsoft 365 services, and maintain cybersecurity protocols across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead troubleshooting across servers and networks
• Mentor Technical Analysts and the Service Desk




• Administer Windows Server and Active Directory
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and Azure
• Deliver outstanding technical support to staff
Requirements:
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server and SQL
• Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• IT certifications preferred for advanced roles
