As a Recreation Coordinator, you'll lead the planning and execution of meaningful recreation activities, tailored to the needs of our residents. This position involves collaboration with families and community agencies to promote an engaging and supportive workplace. You will also document resident participation and adapt programs accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and run daily recreational and leisure programs
• Develop environments that encourage engagement and interaction
• Foster relationships with residents and their families




• Report on resident engagement and changes in participation
• Assist all departments in enhancing resident activity
Requirements:
• Background in senior care services or recreation
• Diploma/degree in therapeutic recreation or similar
