As a member of the Buy on Board team, you will drive purchasing activities, optimize stock planning, and enhance product availability for onboard services. This critical in office role reports to the Director, Buy on Board, and requires collaboration with both suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage onboard retail purchases and catering supplies
• Analyze supply needs based on sales and trends
• Monitor and optimize inventory performance and transfers




• Maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluations
• Conduct inventory audits and reconciliations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in inventory management and purchasing
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP tools
• Previous experience in hospitality or retail preferred
• Must pass criminal record check and be legally eligible to work in Canada
