Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic communications for the BC Health Workday program
• Conduct training needs assessments and implement programs
• Liaise with external vendors and internal communication leads




• Oversee communication budget and ensure fiscal responsibility
• Develop high-quality communication resources and materials
Requirements:
• University education in communications or equivalent
• Seven years of experience in large, unionized environments
• Solid writing and strategic planning skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with training methods beneficial
