In addition to patient care, you will participate in team initiatives and serve as a mentor to nursing students. - Manage care for patients with strokes and other medical issues
- Collaborate on care planning with healthcare team professionals
- Document patient interactions using computerized systems
- Contribute to projects as a resource/team leader
- Mentor and support new hires and nursing studentsRequirements:
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 2 years of preferred acute inpatient experience
- BCLS certification required within 3 months
- Solid assessment and communication skills
