As part of the Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre, you will collaborate with RECEs to deliver a culturally rich learning experience. The role emphasizes teamwork in creating an inclusive atmosphere for early childhood education. This position focuses on providing support for up to 38.75 hours weekly as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Nshwaasnangong’s educational vision in classrooms • Collaborate with educational team members effectively • Foster respectful relationships with families and community partners • Uphold safety and health standards in childcare environments • Stay informed on early childhood education best practices
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education • Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators • At least 2 years of experience in child care settings • Familiarity with local Indigenous cultures is beneficial • Dedication to child development and inclusivity
