Lycopodium is actively seeking a Senior Site Project Engineer to join their project team. This role, based in BC, operates on a 2 weeks on and 1 week off schedule, perfectly designed for those with a commitment to quality and regulatory compliance. With at least 8 years of post-graduate experience in minerals processing and EPC environments, you’ll ensure that projects meet all objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Manager in maintaining project quality standards
• Deliver technical competence and support to project teams




• Adhere to established project procedures and plans
• Implement consistent and high-quality work practices
• Communicate effectively within diverse project teams
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, with Mechanical preferred
• More than 8 years in the minerals processing field
• Extensive experience in EPC and EPCM projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms
