You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring accurate demand signals and lifecycle planning. Managing end-to-end S&OP; processes and leading a team of Demand Planners, you'll establish a culture centered on analytical rigor and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own 12-to-18-month rolling demand forecasts for all channels • Partner with teams for consensus forecasting and promotional planning • Set inventory targets and safety stock policies • Champion planning for Recent Product Introductions and transitions • Lead monthly executive S&OP; meetings for alignment

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field • 3+ years in demand planning roles • Experience across retail, wholesale, and DTC channels • Proficient in Excel and demand planning platforms • Proven track record in scaling planning functions
