Your role will include helping to coach Co-op Engineering Students and ensuring all engineering activities meet established standards. Your solution-oriented approach will be essential in addressing challenges and maintaining production timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage development projects under senior supervision • Assist with coaching student engineers and drafting activities • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations • Create and verify SOPs for manufacturing processes • Notify managers of any scheduling issues
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • Certification with Engineers and Geoscientists BC • 2+ years in production and manufacturing industries • Proficient in SolidWorks and Geometric Dimensioning • Hands-on experience with CNC machinery
