Auxly is seeking a talented Process Improvement Engineer to oversee continuous production enhancements. This role involves analyzing production data, writing SOPs, and leading onboarding for current equipment. Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure product viability and optimize production costs before new launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data for production improvement opportunities • Write and maintain SOPs for production processes • Lead process improvement projects from start to finish • Onboard and commission new equipment and lines • Collaborate with Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues
Requirements: • Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering • Experience in SOP writing in regulated environments • Proficient in production data analysis tools • Experience commissioning new equipment is advantageous • Ability to work cross-functionally without formal authority
