Our Toronto office seeks a Co‑op Student or Intern for the Mergers & Acquisitions team from January to April 2027. In this new role, you will engage in critical tasks like preparing documents, conducting market research, and assembling lists of buyers. You will also assist with financial analyses and due diligence, all while developing your skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare pitch-books and business development documents • Conduct industry and company research for live engagements • Create lists of potential buyers and acquisition targets • Assist in drafting Confidential Information Memorandums • Participate in due diligence processes as needed

Requirements: • Enrolled in a business program focused on accounting or finance • Strong interest in Mergers and Acquisitions • Exceptional attention to detail under pressure • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
