As Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in our leadership team, directly reporting to the President. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial reporting, forecasting, and project profitability within a construction or project-based environment. You will lead a team, enhance our financial controls, and strengthen reporting processes to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods
• Lead annual budgeting and cash-flow planning processes
• Oversee project profitability and job costing management




• Develop financial dashboards and key performance indicators
• Strengthen risk management and compliance reporting

Requirements:
• 7+ years in finance or accounting roles, preferably in construction
• Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis
• CPA designation preferred, with project-based environment experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
