Are you passionate about the automotive industry and experienced in supporting dealerships, collision repair, insurance, or aftersales operations? Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Collision Administrator for Porsche in North York, ON.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized luxury automotive brand and play a key role in supporting national Accident Damage Management (ADM) programs. Working closely with the Aftersales Business Development Manager, you will help coordinate strategic initiatives, support dealer partners, and contribute to programs that enhance customer experience, customer retention, and Genuine Parts business growth.
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, aftersales, or automotive-related role
Post-secondary education in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field
Automotive industry experience is required
Experience with automotive parts, collision repair, dealership operations, or aftersales programs is considered an asset
Previous experience within a performance or luxury automotive brand is preferred
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and excellence
Team-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
French language skills are considered an asset
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Responsibilities
Program & Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support for ADM programs
Maintain program documentation, reporting tools, databases, and tracking systems
Support program launches, updates, and ongoing operational activities
Assist with project coordination and implementation of customer experience initiatives
Reporting & Analysis
Monitor program performance and support reporting activities
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business summaries
Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Support performance tracking and program measurement initiatives
Stakeholder & Dealer Support
Coordinate communications with dealers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
Support the preparation and distribution of dealer communications and training materials
Assist with dealer engagement activities and program administration
Ensure timely follow-up on requests and program-related inquiries
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
Support implementation of operational enhancements and best practices
Ensure all activities align with Porsche brand standards and business objectives
Contribute to customer retention and customer experience initiatives
