Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of Group Homes
• Implement health and safety protocols for residents
• Manage compliance with accreditation regulations




• Create and execute Behaviour Support Plans
• Drive programming and operational enhancements
Requirements:
• At least two years of management experience
• Experience in group homes for those with disabilities
• Background in unionized labor relations
• Proven ability to manage and support front-line supervisors
• Skilled in developing behavior support strategies
