This full-time position focuses on creating and refining designs for our injury relief products. You will harness your strong visual communication and prototyping skills to generate diverse concepts, conduct thorough research, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Engaging directly with user feedback, you'll ensure our products meet the highest standards of usability and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:



• Generate 10-20 innovative product concepts per brief • Conduct ergonomic research to shape design direction • Rapidly sketch and visualize concepts for team review • Create early-stage prototypes for user validation • Collaborate closely with engineering for production optimization

Requirements: • Proven experience in concept generation and prototyping • Robust skills in visual communication across mediums • Background in both hard and soft goods design • User-research skills for focus group management • Understands manufacturability in design processes
