The YMCA of Northern Alberta is hiring an Early Childhood Educator to implement engaging curricula that stimulate growth and creativity in children. You will foster positive interactions, observe development, and maintain an inclusive atmosphere while adhering to all safety standards. This role involves daily communication with parents and mentorship of current team members to ensure a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement approved curriculum for child engagement
• Lead creative activities and encourage exploration
• Document children's behavior and developmental progress




• Follow safety policies and licensing regulations
• Communicate children's progress to parents regularly
• Complete necessary administrative tasks
• Provide support and mentorship to new Educators

Requirements:
• Preferred experience in child care settings
• Level 1 Child Care Certification in progress
• Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR - C
• Clear Police Information Check is mandatory
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
