Positioned at either Central Toronto Academy or Jesse Ketchum Public School, this permanent role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. You will plan techniques that enhance interpersonal skills, life skills, and coping abilities, ensuring therapeutic environments for students. This position also facilitates communication with parents, caregivers, and educational staff, playing a vital part in the child's reintegration into a community school system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create positive learning environments for students
• Implement therapeutic and academic programs




• Collaborate on Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support parents and educational staff communication
• Facilitate group meetings and record progress

Requirements:
• Child & Youth Worker diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in children's mental health
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with mental health and youth behavior
• Valid Safe Management Group certification
