We are seeking a Junior Radio Programmer to support the programming, configuration, testing, and maintenance of two-way radio communication systems. This role is ideal for someone with robust technical aptitude who is interested in radio communications, electronics, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience Responsibilities: Program and configure two-way radios and communication devices.
Assist with installing, testing, and maintaining radio equipment.
Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on radio systems.
Maintain accurate records of programming changes and equipment inventory.
Support senior technicians with system upgrades and customer projects.
Conduct quality checks on configured equipment before deployment.
