This role offers casual shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, focusing on product promotion and customer interaction. You will prepare and serve beverage samples while meeting sampling targets and engaging shoppers. A valid Liquor Certification is mandatory, along with strong communication skills and previous customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote alcohol products with engaging samples
• Answer customer inquiries and share key product info
• Achieve sampling targets with interactive demonstrations




• Set up and maintain an organized sampling station
• Complete shift reporting and feedback documentation

Requirements:
• Valid Liquor Certification prior to interview
• Availability for Fridays and Saturdays
• Customer service experience in retail or sales preferred
• Confident in engaging with shoppers
• Ability to stand for duration of shifts
