Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Brake Press Operator for their day shift in the Metals Department. In this role, you will program and operate CNC Brake Press machinery and collaborate with various pneumatic equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining production quality and troubleshooting equipment issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up machines based on blueprint and shop drawings
• Operate CNC Brake Press and various cutting equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and resolve machine issues
• Ensure timely completion of work orders efficiently
• Assist with additional production tasks as required
Requirements:
• Experience programming CNC equipment
• Proficient in operating CNC machines
• Familiar with Accupress operation (preferred)
• Ability to read tape measures accurately
• Robust mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
