This role involves working closely with a team to care for trees, shrubs, and garden beds. You will assist with lawn care, mulching, and follow site plans provided by the Junior Project Manager. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are vital for maintaining our outdoor spaces effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Assist with mulching and seasonal cleanups
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions

• Maintain a safe and organized job site

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Adaptable availability during busy seasons
