Sky Kitchen & Flooring , located in Belleville , specializes in the design, supply, and installation of custom kitchens, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, and tile. We work closely with homeowners to create beautiful, functional spaces while providing exceptional customer service from concept to completion.
Sky Kitchen & Flooring is seeking an Independent contracted- Commission Sales Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities: Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
Meet with homeowners in our showroom and at project sites to discuss their renovation goals.
Present kitchen, cabinetry, flooring, countertop, and tile solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to close sales.
Coordinate with our design, estimating, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and customer communications.
Represent Sky Kitchen & Flooring professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills/Qualifications: Previous sales experience is required; experience in kitchens, renovations, cabinetry, flooring, real estate, or home improvement is an asset.
Self-motivated with the ability to generate and manage your own sales pipeline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Additional Information: 100% Commission Based
Flexible Schedule, weekends and evenings when required
