You will work under the Regional Office Administrator, providing vital support for the Prince George Outpatient Clinic. Your responsibilities will include managing clinical records, word processing, reception, and assisting with special projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support and maintain clinical records
• Word process confidential reports and correspondence
• Perform reception duties and data entry




• Assist in filing client records for outpatient services
• Support vacation relief and administrative projects

Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent
• 1+ years of administrative support experience
• 1+ years experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven skills in typing high volumes of information
• Knowledge of medical or psychological terminology preferred
