Summary : Perform massage treatment plan based on the guest’s medical assessment, needs, and concerns. Provide effective service and create memorable experiences by exceeding guest expectations
Responsibilities:
Assess and propose the most effective treatment for guests within the time booked, according to the Mokara Spa protocols and brand standards
Administer the appropriate pressure and massage techniques for the respective condition
Following treatment, provide expert advice and recommend home care products
Document guests’ condition and progress following each treatment
Maintain, clean, and organize all spa areas according to Mokara Brand Standards, including but not limited to reception, hospitality station, lounge, change rooms, and treatment rooms
Attend all mandatory Spa Departmental and Omni Hotel meetings and trainings
Follow all Omni Hotel Standard Operating Procedures
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by spa management
Requirements:
Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
Practice various massage therapy modalities, including but not limited to Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage
Strong communication skills
Must speak English fluently
Must be guest-service oriented, a team player, positive, and friendly
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
