Grainger is seeking a Field Operations Associate II to service multiple customer sites primarily in North America. This hybrid role focuses on inventory management, customer problem resolution, and maintaining product stocking levels. You will engage in both route-based and non-route activities while ensuring safety and compliance on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve multiple customer locations on a defined route
• Receive and stock products accurately at customer sites

• Perform machine break/fix activities and data collection
• Identify and generate new product orders during visits
