Optima Living is seeking a Health Care Aide to provide compassionate, person-centered support to residents at Lilyglen in Calgary. Under supervision of nursing leadership, you will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and personal care, while maintaining safety and dignity.
You will work collaboratively with the care team to implement care plans, document observations, and respond to resident needs and urgent calls in a timely manner.
