As a Dietary Aide reporting to the Dietary Manager, your primary responsibility is to serve meals based on individual preferences and dietary requirements. You will also assist in the preparation of fresh foods and ensure all equipment and areas are properly sanitized. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining residents’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals while observing dietary preferences
• Clean and prepare a variety of food items
• Operate dishwashers and maintain kitchen hygiene
• Store and label dietary supplies accurately
• Assemble and restock nourishment carts in the kitchen
Requirements:
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in nutrition or food service is preferred
• Experience in institutional or hospitality food services
• Physically able to meet job demands, including lifting
• Must work versatile schedules, including holidays
