Key Responsibilities:
• Validate technical analyses and recommendations
• Manage engineering document review processes
• Chair technical committees to ensure quality decisions




• Validate construction inspections and compliance reports
• Participate in continuous improvement of engineering services

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or related field)
• Experience in port or transportation projects preferred
• Membership in Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
