St. Isaac Jogues Parish in Pickering is looking for a Full time Communications and Sacramental Coordinator to enrich family and community engagement through effective preparation and communication. You’ll work in a modified full-time role supporting key sacramental programs.

The position is designed for someone passionate about spiritual education and community involvement. As the Coordinator, you'll facilitate the preparation of students for First Holy Communion and Confirmation while managing various communication tasks. Collaboration with parish leadership and external schools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Order sacramental preparation materials and packages.
• Prepare and produce the weekly parish bulletin.




• Conduct office tasks like scheduling and telephone communications.
• Analyze social media for effective engagement strategies.
• Coordinate and manage key parish events.

Requirements:
• Certification or diploma in office administration or design.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience needed.
• Ability to teach and connect with youth.
• Proficient in various design and social media tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
