This full-time, seasonal role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality and solid serving skills. Starting in September, October, or November 2026 and ending in April or May 2027, you will develop loyal relationships with guests while adhering to Fairmont Gold standards. Your professional presentation and BC Serving It Right qualification will ensure a memorable visit for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide food and beverage service in the Gold Lounge
• Ensure menu and food presentation meet Fairmont Gold standards
• Build strong guest relationships for loyalty
• Assist guests with hotel facilities information
• Adhere to department policies and service standards

Requirements:
• Previous customer service and serving experience preferred
• Must have BC Serving It Right qualification
• Professional presentation is essential
