In this full time, permanent role, you'll define customer needs and demonstrate products effectively. You'll be responsible for answering calls, following up on orders, and using problem-solving skills to assist customers. Maintain knowledge of our extensive product range and participate in staff meetings and trainings for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selling and renting musical instruments
• Match customer needs with suitable products and services
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively




• Answer calls professionally and in a timely manner
• Merchandise the store to enhance the shopping experience

Requirements:
• Must be a musician with experience in playing an instrument
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential
• Strong work ethic, high energy, and enthusiasm required
• Ability to lift and carry large boxes
• Previous retail or sales experience is an asset
