Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders via phone, fax, and email
• Input orders to ensure timely invoicing and delivery
• Provide expert product information and effective suggestions




• Coordinate deliveries and escalate issues when necessary
• Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English; French is an asset
