This Research Engineer position involves leading technical workstreams critical for biomanufacturing advancements. You will design and optimize processes, develop robust manufacturing protocols, and support technology transfer to GMP production. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential to drive innovation in plasmids, mRNA, and cell therapy production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design experimental investigations for advanced therapeutic products
• Optimize upstream and downstream bioprocess workflows
• Conduct data analysis and report research findings
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate technology transfer to GMP laboratories
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Applied Science
• At least three years of related experience
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
