This role requires you to report to the Associate Vice President for Student Experience, driving strategic initiatives that prioritize Indigenous epistemologies across RDP's curriculum and services. By working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and community partners, you will create an inclusive setting that respects and integrates Indigenous knowledge. The Dean will guide the development of Indigenous services and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the Indigenous Strategic Plan for RDP
• Build strong ties with Indigenous communities and educational stakeholders




• Lead the Indigenous Services department and related initiatives
• Identify barriers and remove challenges to student success
• Manage and report on departmental strategy execution

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Indigenous Studies or equivalent
• 3-5 years in a relevant leadership position
• Strong knowledge of Indigenous challenges in education
• Skilled in networking and community engagement
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
