Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise restaurant atmosphere, including music and lighting

• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage on inventory management
• Ensure smooth operations, labor efficiency, and cost-saving measures

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years in fine dining and hospitality
• Supervisory experience is an asset
• Excellent Food & Beverage knowledge
• Experience with Squirrel or Micros systems
