As a senior engineer, you will lead design teams through conceptual to final design phases and manage dam safety reviews. Your role includes providing mentorship, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. You will also engage with clients professionally and report project progress to management regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead diverse teams through the full design process
• Conduct dam safety reviews for projects
• Provide regular progress reports to clients




• Attend site visits for data collection
• Mentor junior project team members

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in hydrotechnical or civil engineering
• Registered P. Eng with EGBC, or equivalent
• 12+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Expertise in conventional hydro systems over 50−100 MW
• Solid communication and project management skills
