In this full time position, you’ll be a vital part of the Learning and Development team, focusing on creating tailored training courses that meet the needs of staff and comply with legal standards. You'll work closely with L&D; leadership and team members to enhance the quality of learning experiences while coordinating various training programs and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and deliver training materials
• Monitor course achievement and staff progression
• Facilitate workshops and online learning sessions




• Engage with external agencies for training improvements
• Audit and assess training program quality

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in training and development
• Expertise in optimizing learning management systems
• Skills in engaging facilitation and presentation
• Ability to support diverse learning needs and methodologies
