This provincial role supports implementation and adoption of initiatives to improve access to referral and clinical pathway information across Alberta, contributing to the Alberta Pathways Hub Optimization Project and Specialty Access priorities.
You will work with a diverse team of system transformers to strengthen integrated primary health care.
