Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Freshslice location operations as an owner-operator
• Hire, train, and supervise employees for compliance
• Maintain food/paper/chemical costs at 40% and labor at 23%




• Promote Freshslice in schools and local organizations
• Resolve operational and equipment issues with Head Office support

Requirements:
• Experience in managing a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
• Robust communication skills in English
• Commitment to 40 hours/week; dedicated to training systems
• Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership abilities
• Preferably live within 30 minutes from the restaurant
