Experience: Customer Service and / or Dispatching experience an asset

Dispatcher Specific Skills: Operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment, Process and transmit information and instructions, Co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment,



Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, Maintain operator work records

Additional Skills: Maintain work records and logs

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning

Other: We require a bilingual individual to join our team as we expand our services into Quebec. Proficient computer knowledge, excellent communication skills and superior customer service expertise are also required.
