As an essential part of the Production Department at Magna, the Line Leader oversees and supports the production team. You will coordinate daily operations while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily start-of-shift meetings
• Enforce adherence to quality and safety standards

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
• Leadership experience in the automotive industry
• Familiar with ISO and QMS standards
• Capable of performing diverse production tasks
