• Craft comprehensive construction budgets and cash flow schedules • Update estimating databases to reflect current market conditions • Distribute and maintain monthly project schedules as needed • Collaborate with teams on budget reviews and projections • Enhance Job Cost Excel programs through continuous improvement

Requirements: • 10+ years of estimating or quantity surveying experience • Construction Management degree or equivalent • Excellent knowledge of building codes and construction methods • Strong communication skills and ethical standards • PQS designation is an advantage
