As an Executive Assistant, you'll support the Executive Director and assist the CMHA Battlefords Branch with various administrative tasks. This position requires at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. You will be responsible for managing books with Sage, payroll with ADP, and various reception duties to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily receptionist and office administration duties • Conduct financial tasks including bookkeeping and audits • Assist with grant applications and community fundraising events • Maintain positive relationships within the team and community • Manage payroll and perform additional administrative tasks
Requirements: • Completion of Business Administration Diploma or relevant experience • Proficient in Sage 50 for bookkeeping • Experience managing payroll with ADP • Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
