This critical role is part of the Marketing & Communications Compliance team at AGF. You will collaborate with staff across all AGF entities and ensure compliance across diverse marketing materials. Your responsibilities will leverage technology for effective oversight and management of communication compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve marketing materials for compliance with regulations
• Monitor daily email and social media communications
• Maintain compliance monitoring records accurately
• Update procedural documents as required
• Participate in special projects supporting the compliance team
Requirements:
• University degree and industry-specific accreditations preferred
• Experience in capital markets and asset management
• Basic understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks
• Robust analytical and project management skills
