Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Project Control Officer (5+ years) to support project monitoring and control activities using RAID management, financial management, PDLC, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 day work from home

Must Haves

10+ years in Project Monitoring and Control including Schedule Management , RAID Management , Reporting ,



and Financial Management

Large project/program delivery within complex enterprise environments

PDLC , Agile , and Hybrid methodologies

JIRA , Confluence , Clarity , SharePoint , and MS Project

Post-secondary education is an asset

Nice to Have

Banking or financial institution experience

PMP certification

Responsibilities

Manage RAID log ingestion and maintain RAID log coherency and currency

Prepare weekly status reports, ESC materials, and ad-hoc reporting materials

Track interdependencies across project workstreams and external projects

Consolidate monthly cost forecasts and analyze variances between forecasts and actuals

Maintain project change control records and related action items

Organize, track, and index project artifacts and log exceptions and exemptions

Track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones and *escalate schedule slippages*
