Float in Toronto is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with Nina, Float’s SVP, Go-to-Market, as her closest strategic partner. This is a builder's seat: shape the GTM operating model, cross‑functional handoffs, and how priorities are set and tracked.
You’ll move between strategy and execution, drive cross‑functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success, and help build the GTM org with interview processes, onboarding, and team rituals.
