You will provide client-centered nursing care, assessment, and guidance, collaborating with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations
• Deliver therapeutic nursing services in home environments
• Coordinate care plans with the multidisciplinary team




• Provide direct client care based on clinical standards
• Mentor student nurses and participate in staff development

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active registration or eligibility with CRNA
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
