We are looking to fill two temporary Coordinator positions within our Terminal Inventory & Operations team. Candidates should have experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. You will manage operational transactions, validate inventory data, and assist in reconciling discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate terminal inventory records and transactions
• Execute and monitor railcar unloading and vessel loading
• Perform inventory validation and reconciliation activities




• Analyze operational data for business decision-making
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolution

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Two to five years in logistics or supply chain
• Minimum two years in inventory reconciliation
• Flexibility for non-traditional hours
• Proficient in Excel and inventory management systems
